Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce Hosts August Meeting with Guest Speakers, Political Candidates, and Exciting Community Updates

The Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce held its August meeting today at Christ Church Branch Cove, drawing a fabulous turnout of approximately 45 attendees. Guests enjoyed a delicious hamburger steak lunch catered by Katering 101 while networking with fellow business and community members.
This month’s featured speakers were Chris Smith and Alex Jordan from C.A. Russell Ford. They shared valuable information about their dealership, including the wide range of services offered through their service department, and brought a sleek electric vehicle (EV) for members to explore up close.
The meeting also welcomed several political candidates for the upcoming municipal elections. Council Place #1 candidates Johnny Kirkland and Elaine Mize, along with Council Place #2 candidate Tammy Crow, each introduced themselves and shared their vision for serving the City of Odenville. Congratulations were extended to Mayor Buck Christian and Council Place #3, Jimmy Bailey, who secured their seats unopposed. Mayor Christian also shared exciting economic development news — a new Tractor Supply store will soon be coming to the area near the C.A. Russell Ford dealership.
The Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce thanks everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the meeting. The next Chamber meeting will be held on Monday, September 8th. All members and guests are encouraged to attend and be part of the ongoing efforts to support local businesses and foster community growth.
