Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce Kicks Off 2026 with Vision-Casting Luncheon

The Greater Odenville Chamber of Commerce officially launched the new year with its January Vision-Casting Meeting, bringing together local business leaders, community partners, and educators for an inspiring look at both past accomplishments and future goals.

Immediate Past President Paul Perry opened the program by highlighting the Chamber’s strong momentum and impact throughout the past year. Among the most notable achievements was the Chamber’s annual Odenville Car Show, which successfully raised $44,000 to support local initiatives and community causes. Perry emphasized that this milestone reflects not only the Chamber’s dedication, but also the generosity and collaboration of local businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and residents.

Perry was recognized for his dedication and hard work serving as our President for the past three years. Newly installed President Megan Graham then shared her vision for the year ahead, focusing on continued support for the local community, sustainable growth for area businesses, and strengthening the Chamber’s role as a connector and advocate. Graham noted that while growth is a priority, preserving Odenville’s welcoming, small-town atmosphere will remain at the heart of everything the Chamber does.

The meeting also featured a special presentation by Laura Beth Talley Mills, M.Ed., Library Media Specialist at Odenville Intermediate School, who introduced an exciting initiative she is spearheading to improve the school’s library facilities and resources. Mills shared details about the planned upgrades and the fundraising efforts that will help bring the project to life, generating enthusiasm and support from Chamber members in attendance.

In addition to program highlights, the Chamber announced an important update to its meeting schedule. Beginning in February, regular meetings will move from the second Monday of each month to the first Thursday. The next Chamber luncheon will take place on:

Thursday, February 5, 2026
11:30 a.m.
Christ Church Branch Cove
575 Branch Cove Road, Odenville

Community members and local business owners are encouraged to attend, connect, and get involved.
