Base fee:
  • Food Vendor Registration for Car Show

    If Vendor is selling anything, a 1-day Peddler’s License must be purchased either before the event at the City of Odenville
    or on site at check-in for $25.

  • Non-Food Vendor Registration Ticket for Member, Arts & Craft Vendors

    Deadline for business exhibit booth space is October 3, 2025 at 5:00 pm. After this date, a $20 fee will be added to the booth fee.
    If Vendor is selling anything and does not have a current business license in the City of Odenville, a 1-Day Peddler’s License must be
    purchased either before the event at the Odenville City Hall office or on site for $25.

2025 Odenville Car Show - Saturday, October 18, 9am-2pm

Location: St. Clair County Arena & Event Center

Benefiting Odenville Area Charities

The ODENVILLE CAR SHOW...is an annual event presented by the Odenville Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, we welcomed nearly 250 cars and over 2000 guests at St. Clair County High School! Attendees of the car show have the opportunity to network and enjoy beautiful cars, trucks, and motorcycles, as well as new interact with vendors and discuss the latest trends in the auto industry. They can also shop exhibits from participating vendors, enjoy food from local restaurants, and even bid on one-of-a-kind items and experiences at our live auction. Our aim to make this an annual event for all of Alabama (and beyond) to enjoy, and we invite you to join us!

There will be no registration fee this year for vehicle participation, but will accept donations for our charities. We welcome all makes, models and years.

We welcome online registrations for food or retail vendor space or become a sponsor of this awesome charity event.
